Thomas Krendl
Director of Operations

Thomas joined Metro Town in June 2021 and currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Metro Town Assets Management. His responsibilities encompass overseeing all operations, property management, HR, site security, and logistics. 

His professional journey began in the family business, Krendl Machine, Inc., a commercial and residential construction business with a legacy of over 65 years. Thomas is a retired Army Warrant Officer, where he specialized in upper-level management, training, and logistical support, and was instrumental in developing and training thousands of personnel in logistics, management, and leadership roles. 

Thomas held key positions as CEO at E.I.M. Group, Inc., President of SkilCheck II, Inc, and served as the Business Development Western Region for The William Warren Group in Santa Monica, CA. His extensive experience in construction, business operations, project management, communications, and logistics has made him an invaluable asset to the Metro Town team. 

He has led numerous training seminars on development, construction, legal issues, state lien procedures, sales and marketing techniques, and has spoken on a variety of related topics. He has been a featured speaker at several State and National engagements, including the World Self Storage Expo in Hong Kong in March 2013 on Management and Operations and in March 2014 on Auditing Self Storage properties and avoiding theft and embezzlement. 

Guided by his integrity, ethics, and morals, Thomas is driven by challenges and consistently strives to exceed expected results. His passion lies in problem-solving, educating, and transforming seemingly unfeasible or challenging situations into achievable ones. He is results-driven and takes immense pride in his successes.
