She has a masters degree in industrial engineering in addition to years of construction management, which enables her to optimize the design, quality, and efficiency of her developments.

Currently, Winnie works at MetroTown Development, a leading company in creating environmentally responsible communities nationwide. She is passionate about incorporating sustainable and innovative features into her projects, such as solar panels, green roofs, and smart technologies. She also excels at conducting market research, managing project budgets and timelines, and building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Her goal is to deliver high-quality and eco-friendly real estate solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the market and society.
