FRAME & CONSTRUCTION
Frames are manufactured from alloy 6063-T6 with a minimum wall thickness of 2.0mm. Flush-mounted frames and sashes are engineered with an internal ribbed design to maximize load-bearing capacity. Corner assembly uses glue-injection (dual-bond) for superior strength; mullion connections use locking screw injection. All profiles are designed for stability, security, and long-term durability in residential and commercial applications.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Thermally broken frames incorporate a continuous insulating barrier between interior and exterior aluminum, minimizing heat transfer and thermal bridging. Products are tested and certified to NFRC and NAMI standards (e.g. AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-17). U-values and thermal data are available for professional submittals and code compliance. Optional triple glazing and low-E coatings further improve energy performance.
WEATHER & AIR
Welded sealing strips with PA66 nylon insulating strip provide exceptional air and water resistance. Soft and hard co-extruded foam sealing strips use a ring-welding process to resist thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring long-term watertightness. Systems are designed to meet demanding exposure classes. Specify watertight and air-leakage ratings per product for your project requirements.
OPERATION & FINISH
Premium European hardware from HOPPE, Siegenia, and other partners ensures smooth, quiet operation for hinged and sliding systems. Hardware is available in multiple finishes (e.g. silver, bronze, black, white). Optional WOCD and electric operators are available on applicable products. All hardware is specified for durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of use.
